1. Services

We provide 3D Advertising, commercial content creation, and market analysis services. All work is customized based on client requirements and delivered within agreed timelines.

2. Payment & Pricing

Prices for our services are provided upon request and are subject to change.
A deposit of 50% is required to begin a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Revisions & Approvals

Clients are entitled to 4 revision(s) per project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Once final approval is given, any further changes will be charged separately.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

We retain the copyright to all work until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the content for their intended purposes.
Resale, modification, or redistribution of the content without permission is prohibited.

5. Project Timelines & Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on project complexity.
Delays caused by client feedback, lack of communication, or additional requests may extend project timelines.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing before the project starts.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver agreed-upon services.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our content.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided materials (logos, branding, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related discussions, concepts, and files confidential.
